These Sleeves have been specifically designed for maximum adaptability with the Hypertension Hook-Shift conversion unit.

The upper section of the sleeve allows for length adjustment prior to rigging. This allows your to rig the hook position in the lure skirt to your preference.

Designed for 7-9 Inch lures (approximate)

We recommend measuring the length of skirt from the bottom of the lure head to the tip of the skirt in order to select the correct sleeve length for your lure.

These sleeves are rigged in the same method as the original control sleeves in the rigging video.

suitable for leaders up to 1.8mm line diameter. Approximately 300lb. Please refer to the line diameter chart for sizing.
